About this course

Course Introduction: Facilitating with the Capteer Team Insights Package

This course equips you, as a facilitator, to work confidently and effectively with the complete Capteer Team Insights Package. You will learn how to interpret and apply the insights from three interconnected reports:

  1. Personal Team Report (PTR) – Individual profiles for each team member, revealing personal drives, talents, and natural collaboration styles, as well as how each person relates to others in the team.

  2. Team Lead Report – A focused analysis of the team lead’s impact on the team, including leadership style, communication patterns, and practical levers to guide performance and culture.

  3. Facilitator Reference – Your central overview of the team’s dynamics, member interactions, and leadership influence, designed to help you prepare, deliver, and follow up on the session with precision.

Purpose of This Course

By the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Read and interpret all three reports with confidence.

  • Identify key dynamics, strengths, and risks within a team.

  • Plan and structure a team session that transforms insights into actionable improvements.

  • Adjust your facilitation style to match the team’s readiness, psychological safety, and meeting objectives.

  • Guide follow-up conversations with the team lead and HR to secure lasting impact.

How We Work in This Course

We will walk through each document in detail, explore how they connect, and practice using them together in realistic scenarios. You will learn how to:

  • Prepare with purpose, including pre-session conversations with the team lead and HR.

  • Choose which insights to surface during the session and how to frame them constructively.

  • Respond in the moment to what happens in the room, using the reports to guide interventions.

  • Translate the session outcomes into concrete follow-up actions that deliver measurable results.

Your role as facilitator is to make the invisible visible, to connect data with real behaviour, and to turn understanding into action. This course will give you the tools, techniques, and confidence to do exactly that.
