A client asks for help with personal development, a team or pressure at work. Where do you start, and which Capteer tools could help? This free course helps you turn those questions into a service you can explain and deliver.
Across twelve chapters, you will explore PDA Classic, additional assessment perspectives, Mental Strength, team reports, books and further training. Each chapter includes a client case, an exercise and a worked example. You can study at your own pace and use your own practice as a starting point.
You will design three service ideas: one that builds on your work today, one that develops deeper expertise and one that explores a related area. Then you will choose one idea and plan your first ninety days.

Consultants, coaches and HR professionals who want to understand the Capteer offer and plan useful services. New consultants can use it as an introduction. Experienced consultants can explore a new area or improve an existing service.
This course does not award a specialist qualification or unlock professional assessment tools. Mental Strength assessment use requires the Mental Strength training. PI Studio: ideas you can explore
Two chapters are clearly marked In development. They use manual scenarios to explore organisation design, influence, change load and recovery. They introduce the PI Studio development direction; this course does not include working PI Studio software or promise a release date.
Language and study time
Clear English. Allow around five hours for the chapters and your practical plan. You can spend more time with the guides or your own service ideas. There is no exam or graded assignment.

Does this course include books or assessments?
No. It includes the lessons, guides, workbook and FAQ listed above. Books, assessments, subscriptions and other paid training courses must be purchased separately.
Does completion give specialist certification?
No. You will learn how to choose Capteer tools and plan services. To use specialist assessments professionally, complete the training for that assessment. This course does not replace it.
