About this course

Capteer Portfolio — More possibilities for your consulting practice

A client wants to understand their behaviour, improve team cooperation or deal with pressure at work. Which Capteer tools could help, and how would you use them? This free English course helps you choose a useful starting point and turn it into a clear service.

This self-paced course gives you a clear portfolio map and a way to turn it into action. You will develop three service ideas and choose a manageable next step for your practice. Return to the guides and FAQ whenever a new client question appears.

Who this course is for

The course is for consultants, coaches and relevant HR professionals who want to understand the Capteer portfolio. It supports new consultants during onboarding and experienced professionals exploring greater depth or a related area of work.

Use the course to improve an individual coaching service, plan team work or choose your next specialist training. It introduces these possibilities without qualifying you to deliver every assessment. The relevant specialist training is still required.

What you will learn

You will learn to connect a client question with a suitable assessment, report, book or training route. You will recognise opportunities to deepen and broaden your services, explain the value of a book-supported journey and understand when specialist training is required.

You will also practise designing a connected client journey, describing the scope and reviewing the work and costs involved. The final planning exercise helps you choose a ninety-day action based on your own interests, readiness and client needs.

Learn through real professional questions

Each chapter includes a practical explanation, a teaching case, an exercise and a worked example. Use your own client questions or the course cases. You can work at your own pace and return to the material when you need it.

Allow around five hours for the core learning route and practical planning. Your time will depend on your existing knowledge and the detail you choose for the exercises. The reference guides offer further depth whenever you need it.

Books and further training within reach

The book guide covers twenty-four works and development projects. For example, you can pair a reading task with a coaching conversation or use a book between workshop sessions. Cards distinguish books you can buy from works still in development. Books and assessments are separate purchases; they are not included in this free course.

When you need further training, use the course links in the lessons and training guide. Buy this course opens checkout with that course selected. If you already have access, Start my training opens your course. Read the linked course page for its audience and entry requirements before ordering.

Understand the PI Studio development direction

The two chapters marked In development use manual scenarios to explore how organisation goals connect with people, work, influence, mental strength and recovery. You can use the questions to practise an organisation conversation. These chapters do not provide working PI Studio software or a release date.

Your practical result

You will leave with a service idea that fits your current work, an idea for deeper expertise and an idea for broader practice. Your ninety-day plan turns one of these possibilities into a concrete next action.

Completing this course records your portfolio learning. It does not award a specialist qualification or unlock assessment tools. Use the training guide to find the course needed for the service you want to deliver.

Frequently asked questions

Is this course in English?

Yes. The learning material uses clear English. Official book and product names may retain their original language where that identifies the actual offer.

Do I need to specialise in every area?

You choose the directions that fit your practice. The portfolio map helps you recognise possibilities and know where to find further information.

Will this course qualify me to use specialist assessments?

No. Professional use of the Mental Strength assessment requires the Mental Strength training. Team-report work has the Team Reports Facilitator Training route. This portfolio course helps you choose your next step; it does not replace those courses.

Are books included automatically?

No. The free course includes lessons and reference guides. Books are separate purchases. A book card with a purchase link takes you to the available edition, where you can check the language, format and price.

How do I access the course?

Choose Enroll in this course on this course page. Sign in with your Academy account, or create an account if you are new here. The course is free. You can also order it for EUR 0 through the Academy shop. Use the same account when you return.

Yes. Sign in with the same Academy account and return to the guides or search the FAQ. Before quoting a book, assessment or another training, open its purchase page to check the price and availability.
