Definition of Drives
In the Capteer personality system, drives are the underlying motivations that fuel our behaviour. They are not about skills or learned behaviours, but rather deep-seated preferences that influence how we perceive the world, interact with others and make decisions.
Each drive is represented by a distinct colour—Purple, Silver, Green, Red, Yellow, Blue and Orange—symbolising a unique energy pattern. For example, Red relates to action and decisiveness while Blue relates to structure and logic. Understanding drives helps consultants and participants interpret profiles and identify natural strengths, preferred working styles and potential blind spots.
