PTR Overview
Introduction to the Personal Team Report (PTR)
The Personal Team Report is an individual document provided to every member of the team. It reveals your personal drives, talents, and natural way of working with others. More than a personal profile, it also shows how you relate to each of your colleagues—where collaboration flows naturally and where extra attention or coordination will help create better results.
The PTR is designed as a working tool. It gives you a clear and practical view of what motivates you, what you naturally bring to the team, and how that fits with the people around you. It helps you make deliberate choices in how you collaborate, communicate, and contribute to shared goals.
This is not meant to be a static report. It is meant to be discussed, applied, and revisited. You can use it to prepare for team sessions, guide workshops, and improve day-to-day cooperation. It helps you identify small, actionable adjustments that make an immediate difference, as well as bigger shifts that can lead to breakthroughs in team performance.
The PTR contains four key sections:
-
Teamwork Personality Profile – Your core drives and natural preferences in a team setting.
-
Meet Your Team – How you connect with each colleague, including strengths and attention points in each relationship.
-
The Team as a Whole – How the group’s combined drives and styles shape the team’s culture and performance.
-
Duo Analysis – Detailed insights into the dynamics between you and each team member, with practical tips for collaboration.
Throughout the report, you’ll find clear explanations and concrete suggestions that turn insight into action. The more you actively use your PTR, the more value it will create for you and the team as a whole.
